目的观察龟芪散及其拆方对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法用环磷酰胺损伤小鼠的免疫功能 ,分析龟芪散及其拆方对淋巴细胞的影响。结果该方可明显对抗环磷酰胺引起的小鼠脾脏的退化或提高其内在质量 ;促进免疫受损小鼠T、B淋巴细胞增殖 ;促进NK活性 ;通过增加CD4 + 细胞数量而提高CD4 + /CD8 + 细胞比率 ;降低免疫受损小鼠脾细胞内cAMP水平。全方效果好于拆方 ,亦好于云芝多糖(PSP)。但对正常小鼠的免疫功能无明显影响。结论龟芪散具有免疫调节效应。
Objective To observe the regulatory effect of Guiling Powder and its decomposed prescriptions on immune function in mice. Methods Cyclophosphamide was used to damage the immune function of mice and the effects of Guiling Powder and its disassembled prescriptions on lymphocytes were analyzed. RESULTS: The anti-cancer drug can significantly reverse the degradation of spleen in mice induced by cyclophosphamide or increase its intrinsic quality; promote the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes in immune-impaired mice; promote NK activity; and increase CD4 + / by increasing the number of CD4 + cells. CD8 + cell ratio; decreased cAMP levels in spleen cells of immunocompromised mice. The whole effect is better than the disassembled formula and is also better than PSP. However, no significant effect on the immune function of normal mice. Conclusion Guilusan has immunomodulatory effects.
