双相钢S32205椭圆形封头在封头制造厂压制过程中发现严重开裂。为此对开裂的封头断裂部位取样,进行了化学成分分析,硬度检测,金相分析,宏观检测,端口分析等。结果表明:在封头压制过程中,一定比例的有害脆生相的析出是导致开裂的直接原因。热模压双相不锈钢封头,终压温度不得低于950℃是保证σ相析出量的关键,只有这样才能保证双相不锈钢热模压后继续有良好的塑韧性,具有较强的耐腐蚀性能。
Duplex steel S32205 oval head found severe cracking during the head manufacturer compression. To this end the cracked head fracture site sampling, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, macroscopic detection, port analysis. The results show that the precipitation of a certain percentage of harmful crusts is the direct cause of cracking during the head compression.
