针对矿用圆环链23Mn Ni Cr Mo54钢在预热条件下进行闪光对焊,利用光镜分析了母材的组织和焊缝区及热影响区的组织。结果表明:焊缝成形良好,无气孔、裂纹等缺陷;母材组织为珠光体+铁素体,碳化物分布不均匀,局部有少量碳化物析出,并且有不同程度的元素偏析现象;焊缝宏观上呈一条清晰可见的亮线,在高倍镜下观察其显微组织为粒状贝氏体;热影响区组织也是粒状贝氏体。
In the light of 23Mn NiCrMo54 steel of mine ring chain, the microstructure of the base metal and the microstructure of weld zone and heat affected zone were analyzed by light microscope. The results show that the weld is well formed and has no defects such as pores and cracks. The parent material is composed of pearlite and ferrite. The carbides distribute unevenly and a small amount of carbides precipitate locally and segregate to some extent. Welds On the macroscopically, a bright line is clearly visible, and its microstructure is granular bainite under high magnification. The tissue in the heat-affected zone is also granular bainite.
