上海市企业效绩评价。试点阶段从1998年起至1999年,主要是验证和探索效绩评价的工作方法。上海市有49户企业试点,涉及6个国资授权经营公司和15个区县,既有上市公司,又有企业集团;主要集中在百货零售超市和化工医药行业。推广阶段从2000年开始,主要是在一些重点地区和部门全面推广,重点是探索效绩评价的应用领域,如与“五位一体考核”结合等。全面推行阶段从今年开始,主要是让企业主管单位熟悉掌握企业效绩评价组织和评价方法,对所属公司和企业开展企业效绩评价,积累经验,拓展企业效绩评价结果的运用。据统计,上海三年多来参加效绩评价的国有企业有600多户,涉及行业180多个,国有资产1500多亿元,占全市经营性国有资产的40%以上。

Shanghai has 49 pilot enterprises, involving six state-owned authorized operating companies and 15 districts and counties, both listed companies and business groups; mainly in department stores and supermarkets and chemical and pharmaceutical industries. According to statistics, more than 600 state-owned enterprises participated in the performance evaluation in Shanghai over the past three years, involving more than 180 industries and over 150 billion state-owned assets, accounting for over 40% of the city's operating state-owned assets.
