向日葵是内蒙近几年发展起来的一个重要经济作物。随之向日葵锈病也普遍发生,成为内蒙古西部区向日葵生产的重要自然灾害之一。经过两年三个地区的试验观察,现基本明确:向日葵锈菌以冬孢子在病残体上越冬,翌年五月份后,遇适宜的环境条件,萌发产生担孢子,侵染向日葵幼苗,形成性子器。性子器经过约10天的发育,转变形成锈子器,产生锈孢子。锈孢子侵入寄主后才形成夏孢子。夏孢子多次再侵染造成锈病的流行,使作物招致损失。通过调查研究,整理了1983—1986年五个地区的锈病流行情况。经过定性和定量分析,
