芍药内酯苷为白芍中的主要活性成分。本文研究芍药内酯苷通过调节TLR4通路和Tollip表达治疗实验性溃疡性结肠炎的药效作用。应用三硝基苯磺酸治疗大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,通过测定TNF-α、IL-1、IL-10、5-HT、MPO,结合病理组织切片和TLR4通路和Tollip相关蛋白的表达,观察芍药内酯苷对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。研究结果显示,芍药内酯苷可通过显著降低TNF-α、IL-1、IL-10、5-HT水平,显著降低TLR4、MyD 88和NF-κB p65的蛋白表达和上调Tollip的表达,发挥治疗溃疡性结肠的作用。由此可见,芍药内酯苷可作为治疗溃疡性结肠炎的潜在天然药物。
Paeoniflorin is the main active ingredient in Radix Paeoniae Alba. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of paeoniflorin on experimental ulcerative colitis by regulating TLR4 pathway and Tollip expression were studied.
