由于高校目前在经济合同管理、签订方面缺乏法律意识、缺乏统一性,这使得高校遭受到了不必要的经济损失,并影响到其自身的发展。因此本文认为为了防范高校的财务风险,就需要加强对高校经济合同的管理并且建立科学的经济合同管理机制,从而保证学校教学、科研事业的正常发展。 Due to the current lack of legal awareness and lack of uniformity in the contracting and contracting of higher education institutions, colleges and universities have suffered unnecessary economic losses and affected their own development. Therefore, this paper argues that in order to prevent the financial risks of colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen the management of economic contract in colleges and universities and establish a scientific management mechanism of economic contract so as to ensure the normal development of teaching and research in schools.
