Among the aspects of intercultural communication,cultural diversity is the main issue that mostly reflects the value of culture.And interpersonal relationship is one of the cultural diversities that represent the core of culture.This paper is intended to make a study of interpersonal relationship from the perspectives of intercultural communication for the purpose of cultivating the awareness of language learners.
