This paper analyzes the present situation of rural labor force transfer training in Enshi prefecture, probes into the feasibility of carrying out the training of rural labor force transfer in higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas, and puts forward some thoughts on how to carry out the training of rural labor force transfer in higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas.
