首先运用排队论建立抢修分队数量预测模型即M/M/C/m/m排队模型,然后运用非平衡任务指派模型理论对抢修分队中的每位人员进行任务指派,并运用改进的匈牙利算法对目标函数加以求解,得出对战伤抢修人员优化配置的方法。
