目的为了解鄂尔多斯市医疗机构消毒质量状况,加强消毒灭菌管理,分析存在的问题,以便改进和提高医院消毒工作水平,有效预防和控制医院感染。方法用现场采样和实验室检测方法对辖区内医疗机构进行监测。结果连续5年共采样9460份,合格8404份,平均总合格率为88.8%,2004~2008年合格率依次为83.7%、83.9%、85.5%和93.3%。紫外线灭菌灯合格率最高,为98.8%;室内空气合格率最低,仅为58.3%。结论连续5年消毒质量呈上升趋势,但室内空气合格率偏低,应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Ordos, strengthen the management of disinfection and sterilization, analyze the existing problems in order to improve and enhance the level of hospital disinfection, effectively prevent and control nosocomial infections. Methods Field sampling and laboratory testing methods were used to monitor the medical institutions in the area. Results A total of 9460 samples were obtained for a total of 5 8404 consecutive years with an average total passing rate of 88.8%. The passing rates from 2004 to 2008 were 83.7%, 83.9%, 85.5% and 93.3% respectively. The highest pass rate of ultraviolet light sterilization was 98.8%; the lowest passing rate of indoor air was 58.3%. Conclusion The disinfection quality is on the rise for 5 consecutive years, but the passing rate of indoor air is low, supervision and management should be strengthened.
