从农村走进都市,作为律师的张铁锋,留下的是一串串闪光的足迹。从1993年到1999年,悠悠历史长河中的一刹那,然而,张铁锋却在这短暂的几年里,创造出一番不平凡的骄人业绩,写就他人生旅途上的一部精彩的篇章。如今,三十岁刚出头的他已担任安徽省芜湖经济技术开发区管委会、芜湖市财政局、芜湖南京新百大厦、芜湖市粮食局等三十多家机关企事业单位的常年法律顾问。七年以来,他为当事人挽回、避免经济损失数亿元,仅1998年芜湖中院一审受理的经济案件15％是他代理。他率先在芜湖推出“风险办案”,使许多企业重新燃起了追偿债务的信心。他创办的合伙制律师事务所,年年创收居全市律师事务所前列,他自己创收在全市律师界无疑名列前茅。
From the countryside into the city, Zhang Tiefeng as a lawyer, leaving behind a string of flash footprint. From 1993 to 1999, for a moment in the long history of the world, however, Zhang Tiefeng created an extraordinary performance in this short period of years and wrote a wonderful chapter in the journey of his life. Now, at the age of 30, he has served as a perennial counsel to over 30 enterprises and institutions in Wuhu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, Wuhu City Bureau of Finance, Wuhu Nanjing New Building 100 and Wuhu Grain Bureau. . In the past seven years, he rescued the parties and avoided hundreds of millions of yuan of economic losses. In 1998, only 15% of the economic cases handled by the first instance of the Intermediate People’s Court of Wuhu were his proxies. He took the lead in launching a “risk case” in Wuhu, enabling many businesses to renew their confidence in debt recovery. He founded a partnership law firm, the highest in the forefront of law firms in the city every year, his own income in the city’s lawyers undoubtedly the best.
