作者从病毒阴性单一供血员血浆制备纤维蛋白胶(FG)组分Ⅰ,并对其理化特性及止血性能进行了研究。方法:将血浆反复冷沉淀3次,使纤维蛋白原(Fg)、因子ⅩⅢ(FⅩⅢ)及纤维结合蛋白(Fn)浓缩。再通过激光比浊测定法、一氯乙酸稀释法及放射免疫扩散法分别依次测定Fg、FⅩⅢ、Fn的含量。再以人硬脑膜为模型组织对FG的平面抗张强度进行测定,最后利用大鼠肝外科实验模型,根据受试动物的存活及血液学参数对FG的止血性能进行评价。结果:FR、FⅩⅢ、Fn的平均浓度分别为54.2±19.9g/L,803±2.3IU/ml和3103.1±148.91mg/L。FG的平面
The authors prepared fibrin glue (FG) fraction I from a virus negative single donor blood plasma and studied its physicochemical properties and hemostatic properties. Methods: The plasma was cryoprecipitate three times to concentrate fibrinogen (Fg), factor XIII (F XIII) and fibronectin (Fn). The content of Fg, FxIII and Fn were determined by laser turbidimetry, monochloroacetic acid dilution and radioimmunoassay respectively. And then the human dura mater was taken as the model to measure the plane tensile strength of FG. Finally, the hepatic hemorrhagic performance of FG was evaluated based on the survival and hematological parameters of the experimental animals.
