一、為加强市場管理,穩定物價,决定自即日起,凡友鄰地區及本省機關、部隊公營企業部門、各級合作社等單位,在本省境內推銷成採購物資,必須通過當地信託公司,或委託貿易公司代為辦理,不得私自向廠商採購推銷。二、凡本省機關、部隊、學校、團體等,絕對禁止從事商業生產,凡機關部隊學校團體組織之合作社,其經營範圍,不得違反合作條例,凡未經登記之合作社,以普通商業論。以上决定,除分令各級人民政府嚴密監督檢查外,特此布告週知。
