一、引言 紫金县白溪水库是1978年度兴建的以发电为主的中型水库。流域面积36.7平方公里(其中外引7.7平方公里),兴利库容1760万立米,最大坝高52米。由于在狭窄峡谷地段兴建土坝,两岸坝肩边坡较陡(在40°~45°间),沿溢洪道轴线土层厚度1~2米,下层是比较完整的花岗岩岩基,采用带2米高的混凝土平面闸的普通开敞式溢洪道,在泄五百年一遇设计流量(Q=320m~3/S)和万年一遇加百分之五十的保坝下泄洪水流量(Qmax=1064m~3/S)情况下,溢洪道宽30米,开挖方量7.9万立米(其中土方2.6万立米,石方5.3万立米),工程造价52.09万元(直接费)。为了降低工程量和造价,我们采用了侧槽式溢洪道进行比较。
