1 郑州黄河水资源开发利用现状郑州市河务局管辖范围内,现有取水工程12处。其中地表取水工程10处、地下取水2处,设计引水能力419.69m~3/s。据统计资料分析,郑州市从黄河干流多年平均引水量为4.8亿m~3。近几年来,由于黄河上游来水偏少、受水量统一调度的控制,年引水量约4亿m~3。境内赵口引黄闸和三刘寨引黄闸除为本地区供水外,还为豫东开封、周口、商丘等地区供水,农业多年平均引水量约1.3亿m~3。灌区耕地面积20.12hm~2,有效灌溉
