目的检测真空电子束焊机辐射水平,并对其进行放射性豁免分析,为真空电子束焊机是否纳入辐射安全豁免管理提供依据。方法首先,用451P巡测仪在距真空电子束焊机外表面10 cm处进行辐射水平巡测,以发现高水平辐射区;然后定点检测发现的高水平辐射区、真空室门外、观察窗外、真空室壁外、电子枪外和真空室顶部电缆通过处以及焊接工作人员操作位和人员经常活动位置的辐射水平。结果真空电子束焊机外10 cm处、焊接工作人员和公众活动区域的辐射水平接近本底辐射水平。结论真空电子束焊机正常运行时,不致于对放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全造成影响。符合豁免条件的真空电子束焊机可予以放射性豁免。

Conclusion The vacuum electron beam welding machine in normal operation, will not be on the radiation workers and the public health and safety have an impact. Vacuum electron beam welding machines that meet the exemption conditions may be exempt from radioactivity.
