一、介绍联合大厦是二十四个省、市、国家部委驻上海办事处联合筹建的一幢超高层办公大楼。建筑面积为52300平方米,地下室二层,地面以上主楼三十六层,总高度为129米。主楼为钢混凝土框筒结构。它的形体呈截角三角形,四周均有二至五层裙房相衬托,裙房为钢混凝土框架结构。大厦内由办公室、餐厅、汽车库组成。可供3800～4000人同时办公,餐厅可供二千余人进餐,汽车库内可容纳轿车120辆,屋顶平台为直升飞机停机坪(图一、A:主楼,B—E:裙房)。总工期为30个月.
I. Introduction The United Towers is a super high-rise office building jointly established by 24 provincial, municipal and national ministries in Shanghai. The building area is 52,300 square meters, the basement is on the second floor, the main building above the ground is thirty-six floors, and the total height is 129 meters. The main building is a steel concrete frame structure. Its shape is a truncated triangle, surrounded by two to five podium phases, and the podium is a steel-concrete frame structure. The building consists of offices, restaurants, and garages. 3800-4000 people can work at the same time, the restaurant can serve more than 2,000 people, 120 cars can be accommodated in the garage, and the roof platform is the helicopter parking apron (Figure 1, A: main building, B-E: podium) . The total duration is 30 months.
