燕山大学科技园区是创办较早的大学科技园区,从创办之初至现在孵化企业超过百数,燕大科技园区的发展也带动了燕山大学大学生创新创业的积极性。但是随着科技园区规模和影响力的扩大,人才、团队尤其是大学生创新创业团队的人才输入面临瓶颈,这对于科技园区的进一步发展构成阻碍。本文结合实地考察观测提出有关科技园区运营模式问题并给与解决方案。
Yanshan University Science Park is the founder of the earlier University Science Park, from its inception to the present more than a hundred hatching enterprises, the development of Yantai Science Park has also led to the enthusiasm of Yanshan University students in innovation and entrepreneurship. However, with the expansion of the scale and influence of the science and technology park, talent input, talent pool, especially the innovation and entrepreneurship team of college students face bottlenecks, which hinders the further development of science and technology parks.
