目的：探讨细胞内病毒抗原的超微定位的方法。方法：采用包埋前免疫胶体金方法标记Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＳＶ－１）抗原以研究该病毒在人胚肺细胞（ＨＥＬ）内的超微定位。结果：发现金颗粒约为５ｎｍ，大小均一，在ＨＳＶ－１囊
