颗粒物料的过滤和脱水性能受物料表面特性的影响。这种特性之一是疏水性或物料的抗湿性,水并不是自然均匀地散布在疏水性矿物表面上,而是聚集成水珠或者小水滴。水珠与固体表面之间的接触角是确定固体表面疏水程度的主要依据,不同物料以致不同牌号煤的疏水性有很大差别。本文讨论了测定、控制和预测疏水性的可能性,还论述了疏水性在煤过滤中的作用。
Filtration and dewatering of particulate materials are affected by the surface properties of the material. One such feature is hydrophobicity or moisture resistance of the material, which is not spontaneously and uniformly distributed on the surface of hydrophobic minerals but aggregates into droplets of water or droplets. The contact angle between the beads and the solid surface is the main basis for determining the degree of hydrophobicity of the solid surface. Different materials cause great differences in hydrophobicity of different grades of coal. This article discusses the possibility of determining, controlling and predicting hydrophobicity. It also discusses the role of hydrophobicity in coal filtration.
