本文对新疆20204名维吾尔、哈萨克、蒙古、柯尔克孜族等7个民族中小学生的现时营养状况、膳食调查结果、营养性贫血以及该地的经济收入情况等进行了营养状况的综合分析。结果表明:随着经济状况的改善,新疆各族中小学生营养状况良好。其营养不良发生率男女生分别为21.7%和29.4%,低于全国男女生营养不良检出率;贫血人数5203人,贫血率25.6%,处于全国较低水平;膳食调查结果表明:我区各族学生解决了吃饱的问题,但膳食结构简单,食物品种少,不能达到平衡膳食的要求,尤其从吃饱到吃好的过渡中,大力宣传普及营养知识,显得十分重要。
This article analyzes the current nutritional status, dietary survey results, nutritional anemia and the economic income of 7,204 primary and secondary school students in Xinjiang including Uygur, Kazak, Mongolian and Kirgiz ethnic groups. The results show that with the improvement of economic conditions, the primary and secondary school students in all ethnic groups in Xinjiang have a good nutrition status. The incidence of malnutrition was 21.7% and 29.4% for boys and girls, respectively, lower than the rate of malnutrition among boys and girls in the country. The number of anemic people was 5203 and the rate of anemia was 25.6%, which was lower than the national average. The results showed that students of all ethnic groups in our district solved the problem of feeding, but the dietary structure was simple and the variety of food was few, which could not meet the requirement of balanced diet.
