当前阶段,高校毕业生是不少公司引进青年人才的重要渠道,但青年学生的专业能力比较欠缺,进入企业后并不能立刻担负起企业的生产任务,还需要对其进行专业技能培训,某风电企业刚成立不久,经验丰富的员工较少,很大一部分都属于新员工,企业的人力资源培训压力较大,基于此,主要就企业青年人才培养的问题进行简要的分析和探讨。
At present, college graduates are an important channel for many companies to introduce young talents. However, the young students’ professional abilities are relatively lacking. After they enter a business, they can not immediately assume the production tasks of the enterprises. They also need to train them in professional skills. Soon after the establishment of the enterprise, there are fewer experienced staffs and a large part of them are new employees. There is great pressure on human resources training in enterprises. Based on this, a brief analysis and discussion on the training of young talents in enterprises is made.
