基于GPS的新一代动态安全监控系统是新动态安全监测系统与原有SCADA的结合。电力系统新一代动态安全监测系统主要由同步定时系统、动态相量测量系统、通信系统和中央信号处理机4部分组成。采用GPS实现的同步相量测量技术和光纤通信技术为相量控制提供了实现的条件。GPS技术与相量测量技术结合的产物——PMU(相量测量单元)设备,正逐步取代RTU设备实现电压、电流相量测量(相角和幅值)。
A new generation of GPS-based dynamic safety monitoring system is a combination of the new dynamic safety monitoring system and the original SCADA. The new generation of dynamic safety monitoring system of power system mainly consists of synchronous timing system, dynamic phasor measurement system, communication system and central signal processor. The use of GPS to achieve the phasor measurement technology and optical fiber communication technology for phasor control to achieve the conditions. The combination of GPS technology and phasor measurement technology, the PMU (Phasor Measurement Unit) device, is gradually replacing RTU devices for voltage and current phasor measurements (phase angle and amplitude).
