三磷酸腺苷(以下简称ATP)及辅酶A的临床应用日渐广泛,究竟其生理、药理作用如何?有无副作用?长期反复使用有无必要,是否合适?特就这些问题查阅有关文献,综述如下: (一)ATP、辅酶A的生理作用 ATP是高能磷酸化合物之一,在身体各种组织中都有。一个分子ATP含有两个高能磷酸键,其中一个键水解时放出能量,供人体生理活动所利用。肌肉内有不同的酶系可以氧化糖、脂肪、蛋白而产生ATP。而肌肉内又有磷酸化酶,使ATP分解释放出能量,供物质氧化及肌肉收缩所利用。故其生理作用既涉及到糖、蛋白质及脂肪的代谢,又涉及到骨胳肌、平滑肌的收缩活动,甚至亦间接与内分
