目的评价白细胞介素-4(IL-4)基因多态性与个体对乙型肝炎疫苗反应的相关性。方法在PubMed、Embase、Web of Science和China Bio Medicine(CBM)数据库中对2012年12月1日前发表的文献作关键词检索。应用STATA12.0软件对文献中的数据进行荟萃分析。结果经全面检索,共纳入5篇文献,均为横断面研究。Meta分析结果显示,IL-4的T等位基因rs2243250、rs2070874和C等位基因rs2227284与乙型肝炎疫苗的高反应性相关。进一步依据种族进行的亚组分析显示,亚洲人群中IL-4基因多态性与乙型肝炎疫苗的反应性明确相关,但在高加索人群中则未发现这种相关性。结论个体对乙型肝炎疫苗的反应性与IL-4基因多态性相关,相关位点为T等位基因rs2243250、rs2070874和C等位基因rs2227284。并且这种相关性有明显的人种差异。
Objective To evaluate the association of interleukin-4 (IL-4) gene polymorphism with individual response to hepatitis B vaccine. METHODS: Keyword searches were performed on published articles published before December 1, 2012 in the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and China Bio Medicine (CBM) databases. The data in the literature were meta-analyzed using STATA12.0 software. The results of a comprehensive search, a total of five articles included, are cross-sectional study. Meta analysis showed that the T allele of IL-4 rs2243250, rs2070874 and C allele rs2227284 were associated with the high reactivity of hepatitis B vaccine. A sub-group analysis based further on ethnicity showed that the IL-4 gene polymorphism in Asian populations is clearly associated with the reactivity of the hepatitis B vaccine, but not in Caucasians. Conclusion Individual reactivity to hepatitis B vaccine is associated with IL-4 gene polymorphism. The relevant loci are T allele rs2243250, rs2070874 and C allele rs2227284. And this correlation has obvious ethnic differences.
