为评价视野检查对脑内段的视路病变 ,尤其是枕叶病变的诊断价值。方法 :收集以视觉障碍为第一主诉的眼科门诊患者 ,选择临床资料较完整的脑内段视路病变患者 9例。结果 :视野检查结果全部符合 CT诊断 ,甚至比 CT更具确诊意义。结论 :自动定量视野检查对发现脑内段的视路病变特别是枕叶病变具有重要意义 To evaluate the visual field examination of the optic nerve pathological lesions, especially the diagnosis of occipital lesions. Methods: Nine patients with ophthalmology outpatients who had the first complaint of visual impairment were enrolled in the study. Results: The results of visual field examination all conformed to CT diagnosis, even more definite than CT. Conclusion: Auto-quantitative visual field examination is of great significance for the detection of optic disc pathological changes, especially occipital lobe lesions
