为更好地满足产品外观设计的宜人性需求,运用眼动追踪技术提供识别与意象尺度数据支持,提出一种基于用户客观认知的可量化的产品设计方法。以抛光机为研究对象,通过SD法筛选抛光机外观风格意象词汇与抛光机样本,提取造型特征要素;对各特征要素的意象尺度进行眼动追踪测试,通过分析同一意象词汇下不同特征要素的首次注视时间、注视时长等参数,得到最符合意象定位的特征要素,将此结果运用于抛光机造型设计,并以相同的眼动追踪测试与分析方法对抛光机配色方案进行优选,从而提高抛光机外观设计与意象定位的匹配度。
