能源部、水利部水利水电规划设计总院于1990年11月12日至17日在成都主持召开了全国水利水电勘测设计新技术推广交流会。参加会议的有:部属设计院、流域委院、各省(市)、自治区水利水电勘测设计院、水利部科教司、水利水电建设总公司、水利水电科学研究院、水利电力出版社、《水力发电》杂志社、《水利水电技术》编辑部、《水利报》驻成都记者站等51个单位共125人。这次会议是继1986年鲁布格会议后水利水电勘
