一所幼儿园的成功与否,核心在园长,关键在教师。园长除了具备必要的管理业务知识和组织协调能力外,还需要拥有宽容的人文情怀。客观上讲,一个组织必须要有严明的纪律、严谨的制度作为队伍建设的保障,同时必要的人文精神也体现着园长的个人魅力,为园所管理创造宽松融洽的人际关系提供了基础。作为一名新任园长,笔者对此有所感悟,愿与各位同仁分享共勉。一、当好班长,善待每位员工园长是一所幼儿园的灵魂,也是园所文化形成的主导者。
