目的观察结肠癌组织LIN28B表达,探讨其临床意义。方法采用En Vision免疫组化法检测结肠癌组织(80例)及癌旁正常结肠组织(20例)LIN28B表达,分析LIN28B表达与结肠癌患者临床病理参数的关系。采用SPSS 18.0统计软件,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果结肠癌组织LIN28B表达阳性率为100%,癌旁正常组织为0,二者比较,χ2=93.85、P<0.05。LIN28B表达与结肠癌分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论结肠癌组织LIN28B呈阳性表达,LIN28B表达水平与结肠癌发生、发展有关。
Objective To observe the expression of LIN28B in colon cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods EnVision immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LIN28B in colorectal cancer tissues (80 cases) and normal colorectal tissues (20 cases). The relationship between the expression of LIN28B and the clinicopathological parameters of colon cancer patients was analyzed. Using SPSS 18.0 statistical software, count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The positive expression rate of LIN28B in colon cancer tissues was 100%, and the normal tissue adjacent to cancerous tissues was 0 (χ2 = 93.85, P <0.05). The expression of LIN28B was correlated with the differentiation of colon cancer, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (all P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of LIN28B in colon cancer tissues is positive, and the expression of LIN28B is related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
