我国的海洋石油事业,从五十年代末开始创业算起,已有三十多年的历史。党的十一届三中全会确定的“改革、开放”的方针,大大加快了我国海洋石油工业的发展。近十年来,在我国海域进行了大量的地震勘查工作,钻探了一大批构造,发现了一批含油气构造。除两个油田已经投入生产外,有一批油田正在进行开发建设,还有一批油田正在做油藏评价和开发工程的可行性研究。事实证明了我国海域石油资源是丰富的,潜力是很大的,前景是光明的。今后随着勘探工作的不断增加,将会有更多的油气田被发现,也将不断有新的油气田投入开发。可以说,我国的海洋石油工业已进入了勘探和开发并进的新的阶段。
China’s offshore oil business has enjoyed a history of more than three decades since the start of its business in the late 1950s. The policy of “reform, opening up” set by the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee has greatly accelerated the development of China’s offshore oil industry. In the recent ten years, a great deal of seismic exploration work has been carried out in the sea area of our country, a large number of structures have been drilled and a number of petroleum-bearing structures have been discovered. In addition to the two oil fields have been put into production, a number of oil fields are under development and construction, there are a number of oil fields are doing reservoir evaluation and development feasibility study. Facts have proved that China’s oil resources in the sea are rich, the potential is great, the future is bright. In the future, as exploration work continues to increase, more oil and gas fields will be discovered and new oil and gas fields will continue to be put into development. It can be said that China’s offshore oil industry has entered a new phase of exploration and development.
