当今21世纪,是知识经济时代,科技的繁荣和人类的未来处处离不开知识的创新和科学知识的应用。知识是当今社会最主要的生产要素,拥有知识就相当于拥有一大笔财富和权利。建立基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式,对于我国自主创新战略的实施,对于企业在新竞争环境的生存与发展都是具有重要的理论价值和现实意义的。本文主要对基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式的建立进行研究,以知识创新为出发点,借助于人力资源管理理论与知识创新理论,提出基于知识创新的企业人力资源管理模式的构建,以期能为相关研究提供一些有效性的策略和参考。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy. The prosperity of science and technology and the future of mankind can not be separated from the innovation of knowledge and the application of scientific knowledge. Knowledge is the most important production factor in today’s society. Having knowledge is equivalent to having a great deal of wealth and power. The establishment of enterprise human resource management mode based on knowledge innovation has important theoretical and practical significance for the survival and development of enterprises in the new competitive environment for the implementation of our independent innovation strategy. This paper mainly studies the establishment of enterprise human resource management mode based on knowledge innovation. Starting from knowledge innovation, with the help of human resource management theory and knowledge innovation theory, this paper puts forward the construction of enterprise human resource management mode based on knowledge innovation, Related research provides some effective strategies and references.
