小功率交直交双变频器提升机拖动技术在童亭矿主井电控系统上运用以来,实现了在加减速段无极调速,使速度变换更加平稳,延长了设备的使用寿命。同时,由于使用双变频器拖动,可确保一台变频器出现故障时,另一台仍能实现全载全速运行,避免了主井提升系统的停运问题,提高了系统运行的可靠性。
Low power AC and DC double inverter hoist dragging technology in Tongting Mine main shaft electric control system has been implemented in the acceleration and deceleration stepless speed control, the speed of change is more stable, extending the life of the equipment. At the same time, the use of double-drive drag ensures that when one inverter fails, the other can still achieve full-load full-speed operation, avoiding the shutdown of the main shaft hoisting system and improving the reliability of system operation.
