目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量,并对26份茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量进行测定。方法:采用GracesmartRP C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20),流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温40℃,检测波长为270nm。结果:大叶茜草素的线性范围为0.11~0.98μg,相关系数为0.9995,平均回收率(n=9)为97.9%。结论:本方法简单、快速,重复性好,可以作为茜草饮片中大叶茜草素的含量测定方法。本研究为合理制定茜草饮片的质量标准提供数据支持。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of magnolia macrophylla in the leaves of Rubia cordifolia by HPLC and to determine the content of magnolia macrophylla in 26 samples of Rubia cordifolia. METHODS: Gracesmart RP C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (80:20) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 40 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results: The linear range of magnoliandin was 0.11 ~ 0.98μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the average recovery rate (n = 9) was 97.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of magnolia macrophylla in Madder. This study provides the data support for the reasonable formulation of the quality standard of Rubia cordifolia.
