研究了MgO品种、硫化体系和AS-88增粘剂对CPE/镀铜钢丝粘合强度及其他性能的影响。结果表明,与普通MgO相比,高纯度MgO能显著提高CPE/镀铜钢丝粘合强度。采用噻二唑硫化体系硫化的CPE/镀铜钢丝粘合强度明显高于硫脲硫化体系和过氧化物硫化体系。采用硫脲体系硫化时加入5份增粘剂AS-88可显著提高CPE/镀铜钢丝粘合强度。
The effects of MgO species, curing system and AS-88 tackifier on the bond strength and other properties of CPE / copper-coated steel wire were studied. The results show that, compared with ordinary MgO, high purity MgO can significantly improve the bonding strength of CPE / copper wire. The adhesion strength of CPE / copper-plated steel wire vulcanized by thiadiazole vulcanization system is obviously higher than that of thiourea vulcanization system and peroxide vulcanization system. Addition of 5 parts of tackifier AS-88 during curing with thiourea system can significantly improve the bonding strength of CPE / copper-coated steel wire.
