警务化管理是新疆警察学院贯彻执行公安部《公安院校警务化管理规定》而实行的教育管理模式。警务化管理是通过《内务条令》管生活、《纪律条令》管行为、《队列条令》管训练,最终使公安院校的学生达到令行禁止、服从命令、听从指挥的目标。但是在实际操作中,警务化管理还应当区别对待,不能一概而论。本文以新疆警察学院为例,分析了非公安专业学生进行警务化管理中存在的问题,并对此提出了针对性的建议。
Police management is the Xinjiang Police College to implement the Ministry of Public Security “police colleges and universities police management regulations” and the implementation of the education management model. Policing management is through the “House Rules” to control life, “disciplinary regulations” management, “cohort” management training, and ultimately make the police colleges and universities to achieve the prohibition of orders, obey orders, obey the command. However, in actual operation, policing management should be treated differently and can not be generalized. Taking Xinjiang Police College as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the non-public security majors’ policing management and puts forward some suggestions.
