在机床夹具的设计中,经常需要进行误差的分析和计算。工科大学教材及有关夹具研究和设计的资料中,多采用几何作图法来完成这项工作。本文拟采用《微分分析法》,通过微分运算来确定夹具的误差,这使分析工作概念清楚,方法统一,运算简便。一、基本理论及计算方法当采用夹具加工工件时,与夹具有关的误差概括起来讲有以下几个方面:基准不重合误差;定位元件不准确误差;工件定位基准不准确误差:夹具调整误差;刀具安装误差。对于具体的夹具来说,以上各因素以确定的函数关系影响着工件的加工精度。
