【裁判要旨】原合伙人按照各自单独经营期限内的债权债务由经营者自己负责的协议,以原有字号分别重新办理标注为个人经营的个体工商户营业执照后.使用基于原合伙关系形成的共有财产独自经营所负债务,属于经营者个人债务。
