目的 :分析糖尿病住院患者降血糖药物的使用情况 ,以提供临床用药信息。方法 :随机抽取广州中山医科大学附属第三医院病案室 2 0 0 0年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月 12 0份糖尿病患者的住院病历 ,进行统计分析。结果 :胰岛素类针剂用药频率最高 ,其次是供口服的双胍类的二甲双胍 ,磺脲类的格列齐特、格列吡嗪等。结论 :降血糖药是具有发展前途的常用药物 ,提倡合理用药 ,既要考虑疗效 ,又要价格适中 ,以满足广大患者的需求
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of hypoglycemic agents in hospitalized patients with diabetes to provide clinical medication information. Methods: Inpatient records of diabetic patients from March 2003 to March 2001 in Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly selected and statistically analyzed. Results: The highest frequency of insulin injection, followed by oral biguanide metformin, sulfonylurea gliclazide, glipizide and so on. Conclusion: Hypoglycemic drugs are commonly used drugs with promising future, and it is necessary to consider the efficacy and moderate price to promote rational drug use to meet the needs of the majority of patients
