在高等学校向应用技术大学转型的背景下,法学专业应当将应用型法律职业人才作为人才培养目标,以适应社会经济发展的需要。然而,目前我国的法学教育普遍存在重理论轻实践的现象,疏忽了对学生实践能力和应用能力的培养。要解决中国法学教育中存在的问题,不但要考察、借鉴国外的法学教育和实践教学模式,而且应当结合我国的实际提出应用型法律职业人才的衡量标准,并建立完善的人才培养机制。
Under the background of transformation from university to university of applied science, law major should regard applied legal professionals as the target of talent cultivation in order to meet the needs of social and economic development. However, at present, law education in our country generally has the phenomenon of neglecting the practice of theory, neglecting the training of students’ practical ability and applied ability. To solve the problems existing in Chinese legal education, we should not only study and learn from the legal education and practical teaching modes in other countries, but also put forward the measurement standards of applied legal professionals according to the reality of our country and establish a sound talent cultivation mechanism.
