随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入,各省、市皮革工业公司都对公司机构作了改革,有的成立了生产经营型企业性公司,有的组建了服务型企业性公司,对发展皮革工业取得了成效。但对企业性公司的性质、任务、管理权限、组织形式、内部机构设置、公司与工厂集权分权等等问题,在认识上还有差距,工作上进展不大,故而有些公司收效甚微,甚至受到了挫折。为建设好企业性公司,促进我国皮革工业的健康发展,就上述几个问题,谈谈个人在筹建企业性公司的一孔之见。
