目的 :为了探讨补肾化瘀解毒方对肺癌耐药的逆转作用 ;方法 :选择人肺腺癌耐药细胞株 A5 4 9/DDP为模型 ,采用荷瘤动物血清药理及体外细胞毒试验方法 ;结果 :补肾化瘀解毒方荷瘤动物含药血清对肺癌耐药细胞 A5 4 9/DDP有抑制作用 ,并能增强 A5 4 9及 A5 4 9/DDP对化疗药物 DDP的敏感性 ;结论 :表明补肾化瘀解毒方荷瘤药物血清对化疗药物具有增敏和化疗耐药逆转作用
Objective: To explore the reversal effect of Bushen Huayu Jiedu Decoction on drug resistance of lung cancer. Methods: Select human lung adenocarcinoma-resistant cell line A549/DDP as a model, and use animal serum pharmacological and in vitro cytotoxicity test methods; : Bushen Huayu Jiedufang tumor-bearing animal-containing serum inhibited the A549/DDP of lung cancer drug-resistant cells and enhanced the sensitivity of A549 and A549/DDP to chemotherapeutic drugs DDP; Serum of tumor-bearing drugs of Huayujiedu has sensitization and chemoresistance reversal effect on chemotherapeutic drugs
