2006年是中国石油的环保基础年,公司的经营理念转变为“安全第一,环保优先、以人为本”。这一年,中国石油实施重特大隐患治理项目2781项,主要污染物COD、石油类排放总量分别减少5．4%和4．6%,节能100万吨标煤,节水6000万立方米,新增煤代油、气代油总量超过30万吨。
