本文根据菱形宽体挂篮的构造特征和受力特点,分别建立其纵梁、底篮前横梁及吊杆、底篮后横梁及吊杆等有限元模型并进行受力分析;对其主要受力部分主桁架及上中横梁建立了空间有限元模型,进行了静力和非线性屈曲分析。通过对计算结果的分析表明,本文研究的菱形宽体挂篮强度、刚度及稳定性均满足要求,可赋予工程应用,本文的研究方法也可为工程技术人员提供参考。
In this paper, according to the structural characteristics and force characteristics of diamond wide-body hanging basket, the finite element models of the longitudinal beam, the front beam of the bottom basket and the suspension rod, the rear beam of the bottom basket and the suspension rod are respectively established and subjected to force analysis. The finite element model was established for some main trusses and upper middle crossbeams, and static and nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out. The analysis of the calculation results shows that the strength, stiffness and stability of the diamond basket in this article meet the requirements and can be applied to engineering applications. The research methods of this paper can also provide reference for engineering and technical personnel.
