过去我厂文书处理工作与档案工作沒有合理的分工,各單位的立卷工作都是集中在档案室来做。1956年我們曾以銷售科为重点,推行了文書处理部門立卷,因該单位文件較多,又有專职的文書人員,推行的效果很好。因此,1957年第一、二季度我們又先后推行了兩批文書处理部門立卷工作,共十个單位。关于选擇立卷地点問題,我們是針对本厂科室車間的不同特点,采用不同的方法: 对業务范圍广,文件多,工作較复杂的部分科室,采用自行立卷办法。对部分科,其中業务关系十分密切,同时文件不能分开,必須放在一起的,我們就采用了联合立卷的办法。如銷售科、財务科所管的合同档案,过去是分头立
In the past, there was no reasonable division of labor between our factory’s processing work and archives work. The work of each unit’s rollout was focused on the archives. In 1956, when we focused on the sales section, we launched a roll-up of the clerical processing department. Because of the large number of documents and the full-time clerical staff, the effect was very good.
