为了掌握不同天然居群新疆野苹果的抗寒性,研究新疆野苹果可溶性蛋白和保护酶对低温胁迫的响应差异,以新疆霍城县、巩留县、新源县、托里县和额敏县5个地区新疆野苹果林内休眠的1年生枝条为实验材料,通过人工模拟低温胁迫处理后,测定其可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,最后分析各指标对低温胁迫的响应差异,推断其抗寒性差异。结果表明,不同天然居群新疆野苹果抗寒性为:托里县野苹果>额敏县野苹果>巩留县野苹果>霍城县野苹果>新源县野苹果。
In order to understand the cold resistance of wild apple in different natural populations, the differences of soluble protein and protective enzyme in Xinjiang wild apple in response to low temperature stress were studied. The results were as follows: Huo County, Gongliu County, Xinyuan County, Tori County, The 1-year-old dormant branch of wild apple tree in Xinjiang was used as experimental material. The soluble protein content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and peroxidase (POD) activity were measured after artificial simulated low temperature stress Catalase (CAT) activity, the final analysis of the indicators of response to low temperature stress differences, inferred differences in their cold resistance. The results showed that the cold resistance of Xinjiang wild apples in different natural populations was: wild apples in Tori County> wild apples in Eumu County> wild apples in Gongliu County> wild apples in Huocheng County> wild apples in Xinyuan County.
