班级是学校教育的最基本的组织形式,是学生在学校接受教育的主阵地,一个班主任的组织能力与领导艺术对每位学生今后的成长起着至关重要甚至无可替代的作用。尤其是对于思想较活跃、自卑心理较强的后进生而言更是如此。
Class is the most basic organizational form of school education. It is the main front for students to receive education in school. The ability of organization and leadership of a head teacher plays an important or even irreplaceable role in the future growth of each student. Especially for more active thinking, self-esteem and strong backwardness even more so.
