乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)可以作为乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染指标或污染指标,也常被用作观察灭活效果的指标。本工作选用13种化学消毒剂,对提纯HBsAg及HBsAg阳性血清进行了抗原性灭活效果的研究。现将结果报告如下。
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) can be used as hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection or pollution indicators, is often used as an indicator of inactivation. This work selected 13 kinds of chemical disinfectants, purified HBsAg and HBsAg-positive serum anti-inactivation effect of the study. The results reported below.
