针刺能调整器官的活动,改变皮肤的血流量,已见诸报导,而论及针刺能影响肠系膜微循环的文献,则不多见。本文以大白鼠为实验对象,先用AD(肾上腺素)制成血管紧张性增高的动物模型,再分组用电针刺激不同的穴位,观察它们对肠系膜微循坏的影响,结果如下。实验方法选择健康大白鼠40只,体重在200克左右,随机分为5组。①空白组:15只,喂养三天后,以2.5%硫喷妥钠0.2ml/100g腹腔注入麻醉,然后把室温调控在38℃~40℃进行操作。腹部手术备皮后,取仰卧位,沿右腹侧切口,剪开腹壁约1.5cm,用套有细橡皮管的小镊子,轻轻提出一段回肠肠袢,将肠系膜均匀展平,放在塑料环之上,透过玻片,用WX-753 B型微循环显微镜(徐州医用光学仪器厂)观察,测量指标按田牛氏常规(选择近分支集合毛细血管处的微A,微V及毛细血
Acupuncture can adjust the organ’s activity and change the blood flow of the skin. It has been reported, but the literature on acupuncture can affect the mesenteric microcirculation is rare. In this article, rats were used as experimental subjects. Animal models of increased vascular tone were first made with AD (adrenaline).
